SMK’s Pre-dispersed pigment preparations in solvent or water base system are formulated by using high graded pigments dispersed in specific formulation at high pigment content by using top of the line machinery to achieve at very fine particle size to exhibit superb colour strength and outstanding gloss and transparency. The selected pigments are high performance organic and inorganic pigments with excellent stability and proven Florida exposure performance of 7 – 8 ratings. The main advantages of SMK’s pre-dispersed pigment paste lie in the fact that the pigment particles are optimally wetted and well dispersed:
- providing excellent stability against flocculation and sedimentation
- enabling colour tinting into the product formulation to obtain excellent coloristic properties through simple mixing or stirring process.
